These deposits are NONREFUNDABLE under no circumstances. Please make sure you're able to fulfill the spot you are booking.

Refer to my business hours to see what hours of the day I'm available. Sundays are my days off. Additional fees will apply if you book before/after hours or on a closed/off day. Before/After Hour fees are $25. Closed Day fees are $35. These fees DO NOT go towards deposits or remainder. These fees are due at booking with deposit.

You have a 3-day grace period to get a nail repaired (no deposit needed, $5 travel fee required. Booking to fix a broken nail any day afterwards is $10 per nail + travel fee discount. I DO NOT repair:​​

​Please have your hands free of any acrylics and polishes. If you need a soak-off, please book that option. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled.

Please provide a clean, open, well-ventilated area for me to work in. I DO NOT work outside, in small, or cluttered/dirty spaces! I need at least 6 ft. of space to work comfortably. Make sure there is a window or door nearby. I prefer to work in a living room or general room for my manicure table to fit.

two comfortable chairs for both you and me

seating on chair must be at least 1.5 feet off the ground.

Please make sure there is somewhere for me to park. You're responsible for any fees incurred while providing your services, included but not limited to: parking, valet, and tolls. These fees are added to your service total. I kindly ask that the parking spot is close to your house/apartment due the equipment I have to carry.

Prior to booking, please be sure that your nails are HEALTHY! I can not work over damaged nails.

Please be sure to communicate respectfully. I try to accommodate everyone as best as I can​If you have any changes you'd like to make (color, nail art, length, etc), you have 24 hrs. before your appointment to do so. Anything after is FINALIZED!​

I understand we're at home and comfy so please try to be distraction-free during your appointment. This can cause mistakes and longer appointment times. Please be mindful of the girlies after you.

If you are in an apartment, please provide your entire address (building number, apartment number, floor number, gate code, etc.).

​You must disclose any health conditions with me. This includes diabetes, open wounds, fungus, or excessively thick toenails. If I arrive and cannot continue the service due to any of these conditions, I have the right to refuse service and travel fee won't be refunded.​​

Please be courteous of the environment around you meaning, park in the designated parking neatly, no excessively loud music upon arrival, and be sure any in-service snacks gets thrown away after eating.

No kids or extra guest! Only the client who the appointment time is reserved for.

If you are running late or have an issue where it'll interfere with the start of your appointment, please let me know in advance where as we can work something out. There will be a 15 mins. grace period. If you do not make it within the allotted 15 mins., your appointment may result in a cancellation and/or rebooking.
Sizing
Shipping Policy
Press-Ons

There are three ways to size: submitting a clear picture of your fingers onside of a quarter, ordering a 20-piece press-on set, or ordering a sizing kit and DM your sizes to me. Sizing kits are for you to keep. All pictures must be clear and well lit! Be sure nail beds are free of any press-ons or nail tips for the best accuracy.

Please give your press-ons about 3 business days to be created and 3-5 business days to be delivered.

If you have are local, you have the option to pick up. I'll send a message when your nails are finished and we'll arrange a pick up time convenient for both parties.
