Travel Radius & Fee

Travel Radius

  • I travel for a fee of $40

  • I travel within 50 miles of Gonzales, LA. DO NOT book if you're anywhere outside of the 50 mile radius.

  • Unsure of how far you are from me?

    • ​Go to Maps > type in Gonzales, LA as your destination > Press Directions > Your distance from me will be underneath the ETA.

Client Responsibility   &   Appointment

  • Deposits are:

    • Nails - $20​

    • Hair & Braids w/out Hair Included - $25

  • These deposits are NONREFUNDABLE under no circumstances. Please make sure you're able to fulfill the spot you are booking.

  • ​​Remaining balances are paid in cash, Apple Pay, or CashApp after your appointment.

    • Remaining balances are also invoiced​.

    • Refer to my business hours to see what hours of the day I'm available. Sundays are my days off. Additional fees will apply if you book before/after hours or on a closed/off day. Before/After Hour fees are $25. Closed Day fees are $35. These fees DO NOT go towards deposits or remainder. These fees are due at booking with deposit.

    • You have a 3-day grace period to get a nail repaired (no deposit needed, $5 travel fee required. Booking to fix a broken nail any day afterwards is $10 per nail + travel fee discount. I DO NOT repair:​​

    • nails after a week of them being done

    • ​nails done by other nail techs

    • more than 4 nails. You will need a new set.

    • No refunds are provided AFTER I've completed your service.

  • You are responsible for communicating any scalp or hair conditions prior to your appointment, including: ​​

    • alopecia

    • thinning hairline

    • freshly trimmed or blunt ends

    • psoriasis

  • Depending on the extremity of any of these conditions, it may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation

  • Please try to cancel or reschedule 24-48 hrs.  before your appointment day. If you cancel/reschedule BEFORE the allotted time, you can transfer your deposit to a later date ONCE in the same month.

  • ​Failure to cancel/reschedule within the allotted time will result in having to reschedule AND a new deposit upon booking.​

No Call No Show

  • No call or cancellation will result in being banned from booking!

MUST HAVES

  • Your hair must be:

    • more than 4 inches all over​

    • freshly washed and free of any oils or products. 

    • blown out and detangled

      • I offer a blow out and detangle for an additional $15. Add this onto your service when checking out.​ If your hair needs to be blown out and detangled on your appointment day.

  • You are welcomed to provide your own hair, but preparation is everything! If you decide to provide your own hair or curly piece for a bohemian style, please drop off your hair the day before your service so I can be prepared before you arrive.

  • A full hairline to prevent breakage. If you have a thinning hairline, please consult with me before booking.

Upon Arrival & Late Policy

  • Your hair must be:

    • more than 4 inches all over​

    • freshly washed and free of any oils or products. 

    • blown out and detangled

  • There is a 15 min. grace period. After 15 mins, your appointment is canceled. If you chose to reschedule, you will have to go through the booking process again, including rescheduling.

  • I offer a blow out and detangle for an additional $15. Add this onto your service when checking out.​ If your hair needs to be blown out and detangled on your appointment day, I will add it to your remaining balance.

  •  If you have a thinning hairline, please consult with me before booking.

Client Responsibility   &   Appointment

  • ​If you have any changes you'd like to make (hair color, style, length, etc.), you have 24 hrs. before your appointment to do so. Anything after is FINALIZED!​

    • I'll send you a confirmation email to finalize your set. If there are any changes, a new invoice will be sent.​

  • You are responsible for communicating any scalp or hair conditions prior to your appointment, including: ​​

    • alopecia

    • thinning hairline

    • freshly trimmed or blunt ends

    • psoriasis

  • Depending on the extremity of any of these conditions, it may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.

  • ​Remaining balances are due at your appointment. I accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. I have a card reader, BUT you'll have to pay BEFORE the start of your appointment.

  • Inspo pictures are submitted at the time of booking. Be sure that's the set you want.
